We are Salvatore Palazzolo and Dennis Worthen, owners of DPG Preservation Group, LLC. DBA Kansas City Custom Roofing. We are a well-established, fully insured Commercial & Residential Roofing Company. We service the Greater Kansas City Area. We offer a full range of Commercial & Residential Roofing applications, to include TPO, Torch Down, Peel and Stick, and residential architectural shingles. We also offer property preservation, maintenance and repair services to lenders, asset managers, private real estate investors and real estate agents.
Property Preservation
With a decade of experience we perform services such as grass cuts, lock changes (rekeying) winterizations, debris removal, bids, window boarding, basic home repairs, trash outs, carpet cleaning, pumping of pools, evictions, cash for keys and sales cleanings. Each contractor carries with them lawn equipment, generators for running vacuums, carpet cleaners and interior cleaning supplies, locks and digital camera’s. Our contractors are reliable and able to complete and upload results daily-which in turn provides you with timely results.
